Biography
Bambi (born Michalina Włodarczyk on October 28, 2003, in Poznań) is a Polish rapper and singer.
The dominant style throughout her career is trap, infused with a club-oriented sound. Bambi is widely recognized for her catchy melodies and vocals heavily processed with studio effects. Her lyrics primarily revolve around themes of partying and braggadocio, occasionally underscored by existential undertones. With the release of her third album, however, her style underwent a noticeable shift; she incorporated elements of electropop and industrial music into her established formula, while also refocusing her lyrics on more personal themes - most notably, the criticism she has faced from those around her.

During the early years of her mainstream career, Bambi was closely associated with fellow rapper Young Leosia, releasing her first two albums under her label, Baila Ella Records. There was also a period during which she served as Young Leosia’s hypeman. The two also released a collaborative EP, PG$, as a duo under the same name. However, in the lead-up to the release of her third album, the artist departed from the label, and her relationship with Young Leosia now appears to be characterized by a cool, distant tone.
Bambi is one of the most popular Polish rappers in post-2020 era. Together with Young Leosia, she has brought the concept of a female rapper into the mainstream consciousness. While the Polish hip-hop scene has seen other female artists (such as Wdowa or Adma), none had previously achieved such spectacular mainstream success. She reached this status largely thanks to the outstanding performance of her 2023 singles: IRL (3x Platinum), Millie Walky (Diamond), and BFF (as part of PG$, Diamond). Her notable non-musical projects include a cover feature and photoshoot for Vogue Poland, a signature footwear line in collaboration with Adidas (April 2024), and her own "Bambi" meal at McDonald's (September 2024).
