Biography
Bar 12 Grew up in the Motor City, Detroit MI. Begining to play in their early teens the duo of Lance Handyside and Josh Turner quickly established themselves as a rock band that was deeply rooted in the blues. After releasing their debut album \"Start The Machine\" in 2006 they packed up to conquer the west landing in Portland, OR.
Known for their blistering two to three hour sets Bar 12 got peoples attention as a powerhouse of throw back rock and roll with a new flavor added to it. The double guitars and vocals of Josh and Lance are displayed on \"Start The Machine\", but soar when unleashed at their live shows.

With an album that covers songs by some of rocks greatest, Bar 12\'s originals hold their spot right next to them. Also on the album is Bar 12 stripped down and bare, playing three all acustic tracks. No matter if you hear Bar 12 in a dive bar, festival, arena, or on cd great rock and roll is always what is delivered.
