the carbuncles are an indie duo from North Carolina, The United States. The band's members, John and Mandy, create electronica and post-rock flavoured shoegaze music that mixes elements from their influences such as My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive and Hum.
The band's latest album, "A Skin to Jump Into," is available for free download on their Bandcamp site.
